  • 在當今永續意識提升的趨勢下,電動車產業蓬勃發展,隨即在車輛市場中佔比逐年提升,維修人才的需求也隨之產生。然而我國的教育體系對此類人才培育體系尚未成熟,因此格外依靠電動車企業內部的教育訓練來培養專業維修技師。
    本研究將萃智理論應用於非工程領域,旨在探討如何應用萃智理論精進電動車企業在電動車維修方面的教育訓練,通過要因分析法解析現行的教育訓練中存在的問題,再將問題以根源矛盾分析進行收斂,並使用從萃智理論為基礎衍生提出的31項商業管理參數建立矛盾矩陣,再將矩陣所得結果對照萃智理論教育領域發明原則發想創新解。
    透過萃智理論得到的發想解及相關文獻的探討,取得企業在行政、教學等不同面向的改善方法。並將其彙整為路線圖,予以企業具體執行方針。本研究建議從設備更新著手,同時將課程線上化、電子化並擴編線上課程以實現靈活的混合學習模式,方能在考量員工自我效能感的前提下進行教育訓練制度的調整。經由上述方法,車輛企業於電動車維修服務能夠循序漸進地檢討教育訓練當中的問題並加以解決,將有助於提升對電動車維修技師教育訓練的效果,加強企業競爭力。

    With the flourishing trend of the electric vehicle (EV) industry today, the proportion of EVs in the vehicle market is increasing year by year, leading to a growing demand for maintenance talents. However, the education system in our country has not yet matured in nurturing such talents, thus relying heavily on education and training provided internally by EV brand enterprises to train professional maintenance personnel.
    This study aims to explore how to apply TRIZ theory to enhance the training programs in electric vehicle companies specifically in the field of electric vehicle repair. Using Ishikawa Diagram and Root Conflict Analysis, the study identifies the existing issues within current training programs, and then converges these issues through Root Conflict Analysis. A contradiction matrix is established using the 31 business management parameters derived from TRIZ by Darrell Mann.
    The results from the matrix are then compared with the education principles proposed by Marsh, Waters, & Mann to generate innovative solutions. Based on the solutions derived from TRIZ and relevant literature, the study provides specific implementation strategies for companies, addressing improvements in administrative, teaching, and other aspects. These strategies aim to help electric vehicle service center identify and resolve training issues, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of training for electric vehicle technicians and indirectly strengthening the company's competitiveness.
