在射箭過程中,若是心理上產生變化,便可能使選手無法隨心所欲的控制自己的肌肉,導致成績的不理想。有鑒於此,本研究提出一應用於射箭選手之情緒監控生物回饋系統,讓選手在訓練過程中能隨時察覺自己心理狀態的變化。
本系統以Atmel所生產的ATmega32L單晶片為核心,做呼吸次數、心跳次數與體溫的量測,並根據模糊理論將三種生理參數取出一特徵值,經由串列傳輸將三種生理參數與特徵值傳送到電腦上由LabVIEW圖控式軟體做紀錄,並根據其特徵值,給予選手一個聲音的回饋。
系統驗證上,先使受測者將系統穿戴在身上,再請受測者進行疊銅板的動作,結果得到受測者隨著銅板的高度增加,情緒緊張的指數也提高的結果,下一步再將回饋的部分加上,比較有無回饋的成績差異,結果顯示,有得到回饋時,受測者得到的成績較好,情緒緊張的指數也較低。
The archers’ changing psychological states will influent the controlling of muscles, which may result in the failure of contests. Therefore, the project on applying an immediate emotional monitor biofeedback system to the archers can assist the athletes aware their own changing psychological states instantly in training.
The system measures breath rate, heartbeat rate and body temperature by ATmega32L microcontroller, and obtains an eigenvalue according to Fuzzy Theorem and the three physical parameters, which will be transmitted and be recorded in a computer by serial transmission. According to the eigenvalue, a feedback voice will be transmitted by LabVIEW.
In order to verify the system, a testee is asked to stack coins after putting on the system. The result is that mounted tension of the testee is expected with the increasing height of the coin stack. And then, apply the biofeedback system to the testee and compare the difference between the grade with or without the feedback. The result shows that with the feedback signal the testee get better grades and lower index of tension .
