本研究主在探索台灣血糖測試片印刷廠的商業模式，以 Osterwalder& Pigneur (2010)在《獲利世代》書裡的商業模式圖中的九大要素模型為基礎發展問卷，透過便利抽樣法選定在血糖測試片產業中三家不同產業模式為研究個案公司，對其相關高階主管進行訪談，將訪談內容整理分析，探討台灣血糖測試片印刷廠之商業模式及其內涵，找出長期穩定的商業獲利模式，並提出未來可參考之營運策略。
研究結果可將台灣血糖測試片印刷廠，歸納出三種商業模式方式:(一)一條龍且有自有品牌，其策略建議為投入非侵入性血糖儀的研發和尋求高附加價值的醫療服務整合， (二)測試片印刷代工，其策略建議為可朝發展不同功能的生物測試片和(三)測試片後段製程，其策略建議為可持續投入研發，並有自有的材料及酵素。

This study was aimed to find out the business models of Taiwan blood glucose tester manufacturers and provided some advice for these related plants to keep sustainable operation. The researcher selected three different types of operation models in blood glucose tester manufacturing industry and interviewed their senior executives face to face. Our interview guide is based on “Business Model Canvas,” which was conducted by Osterwalder & Pigneur in 2010. The research also followed this model to analyze these three cases.
The results can be summarized as the following business models of three different types of production models: (1) a plant with an integrated-chain and its own brand，(2) an OEM printing plant and (3) a plant which operates a latter part of blood glucose tester production process.
This study recommended (1) a plant with an integrated-chain and its own brand start to develop non-invasive blood glucose device and invest in integrated delivery system of medical service，(2) an OEM printing plant get on developing different types of bio-technology testers and (3) a plant which operates a latter part of blood glucose tester production process continue its research and develop its own materials and enzyme.
