局部放電檢測主要是檢測電力設備之內部絕緣狀態,以達到電力設備故障預診的目的。本論文主要目的為依據本實驗室設計的濾波放大電路,對其開發出一以8052微處理器為核心,並具備長期監控及計數放電次數功能之後端電路,並實際應用在檢測氣體絕緣開關局部放電信號。此簡易型量測系統除了可外接示波器觀察音射波形來判斷局部放電外,也可在不接示波器的情況下,檢測電力設備是否故障。經實際驗證,此系統具備長期監控局部放電的功能,且從局部放電次數的計數,可判斷出電力設備放電的嚴重性。另外與市面上動輒數十萬至數百萬的檢測設備相比,可大幅降低成本並可搭配不同濾波放大電路,檢測不同類型的電力設備。
Partial discharge (PD) detection involves detecting the interior isolation status of power equipment to prevent breakdown. The main object of this thesis is to develop the rear circuit for a simple PD detector, which is based on the 8052 microcontroller and combined with a filter-amplifier circuit that was designed in our laboratory. The simple detection system not only can be used to count the number of PD events from acoustic emission (AE) waveforms using an oscilloscope, but also works without an oscilloscope for the long-term monitoring. We applied the developed simple PD detector to sense the discharge signals in gas isolation switchgear (GIS). The counting numbers of PD signals show that the system can determine the gravity of PD in the power equipment. The system is associated with a lower cost as compared with the commercial PD apparatus, and is used with various filter-amplifier circuits to detect internal isolation status in various pieces of power equipment.
