液晶面板顯示器之薄化製程主要應用在可攜式電子產品,因為輕、薄、短、小一直是可攜式產品之主要訴求,礙於面板材料之素玻璃易碎及翹曲之特性,無法一次到位至所需厚度,所以薄化製程因應而生。但面板製程複雜及冗長,如要再投資及管控薄化製程足添複雜之程序,經本研究探討之文獻,發現外包模式是一項不錯之選擇,所以訂單分配及供應商管理成為本研究之首要課題。
本研究蒐集文獻對供應商管理評選指標作一探討,歸納整理出成本、品質及交期為大宗採用之管理指標,利用多目標規劃作為外包訂單之分配,取最小成本、最少報廢及最短交期作為多目標求解,並採用權重法,將不同的目標函數給予不同的權重值,使其轉為單目標,並利用 LINGO 軟體,以求得可行解,之後再由決策者依據所得的結果選擇可行的方案。
因個案公司工廠及供應商散佈兩岸各地,為讓工廠品質、採購價格及客戶交期都能得到妥善評估及決策,利用簡單群體決策支援系統,透過公司內部伺服器設計決策相關議題,採用使用者介面及嚴密資安管理,可快速及有效作為外包訂單分配。經過本研究外包決策之模式建構,有系統及詳實紀錄決策過程,並透過管理權重之調配,以達到有效管理供應商之目的。
The slimming process of liquid crystal display is mainly used in portable electronic products. The light, thin, short, small of portable products has been the main appeal. It can not be the desired thickness because of the fragile glass and the characteristics of warping. So the slimming process is due to be born. It is complex and lengthy of the TFT manufacture process. If we want to invest the slimming process, it will be difficult to control the complexity procedure. After the study of literature and comparison, the outsourcing model is a better selection. Therefore, the orders allocation and the vendors or suppliers management are the major subjects.
Firstly, a study on collecting some references for the vendors or suppliers to evaluate, collate and analyze the cost, quality and delivery management indicators. The multi-objective programming method for outsourcing order is applied. The minimum cost, minimum scrap and shortest delivery solutions will be solved. As considering the simplex method, one may use the “weight approach” to obtain the optimal solutions for cost, quality and delivery. The LINGO package software is used to provide the feasible solutions. Then, the decision-makers can choose one or several solutions for them.
It can be properly assessed and made decision by use of simple group decision support system to evaluate cost, quality and delivery for the case study of the factory and suppliers scattered between Taiwan and China. A higher security information protection as well as personal control interface is designed to use the computer system. After constructing the computerized outsourcing decision model, the systematic and detailed information of decision-making process are recorded. However, we also can adjust the relative weights to control the distribution of the outsourcing order for the purpose of effective management.
