本論文係針對氣體絕緣開關設備的部份放電信號,提出量測方法和分析結果。在氣體絕緣開關設備中,由於金屬粒子與部分放電的存在於氣體絕緣開關設備,導致六氟化硫氣體的絕緣劣化。在設備損壞之前,部分放電的檢測是必需且重要的。本研究係以音射法量測氣體絕緣開關設備的放電信號。此外,由於實際的環境存在有大量的雜訊,為了能夠消除雜訊干擾,使用小波轉換和模糊理論來分析放電信號,此方法可以增加量測放電信號的準確度。最後,音射法配合小波轉換和模糊理論被應用於量測345kV氣體絕緣開關設備的放電信號,並驗證雜訊消除的效果。
In this thesis, partial discharge signal of gas insulation switchgear (GIS) is measured and analyzed. The presence of metallic particles and partial discharge degrades insulation strength of in GIS. Before equipment fails, detecting partial discharge at early stage is necessary and important. In this research, acoustic emission method is used to detect the insulation ability of GIS. In order to eliminate noise interference in real environment, wavelet transform and fuzzy theory is used to analyze discharge signal Finally, acoustic emission method with wavelet transform and fuzzy theory is applied to detect 345kV GIS, and the performance of noise elimination is verified.
