工業發展以來,資源加速消耗迫使人們不得不正視資源短缺的風險。醫療器材產業作為現今資源耗盡與環境污染的一大主因勢必要開始產業改革之思索。現今,已有個別國際知名醫療器材公司開始運用「循環經濟」之理念,建構閉環供應鏈模式以應對該趨勢,其旨在提高資源的利用效率,並為公司帶來經濟效益。但學術上尚未有醫療器材產業的閉環供應鏈之研究,本研究欲填補該缺口。
本研究以醫療器材產業為背景,結合中國市場特性,藉助數學模型建構一個受專利保護的第三方再製造的閉環供應鏈模型,模型涵蓋一位製造商,一位第三方再製商,一位經銷商,並銷售兩種商品:新品(高品質)與再製品(低品質)。由模型計算結果並觀察依決策因子之變化而產生的各供應鏈成員的最佳的定價方案,評估競爭者之間的互動及收益,最後進行數值分析及敏感度分析,使得結論更具有穩健性。
藉助數學模型,本研究幫助決策者了解當在不同參數的變動之下,各方應該如何調整決策,使其利潤最大化。並且發現,在當下情境之下,原廠製造商及經銷商應優先關注如何降低新品製造成本,第三方再製商應著重降低市場對於再製品的價格敏感度,該因素對其獲利影響最大。
Since industrial development, the accelerated consumption of resources has forced people to face the risk of resource shortages and environmental pollutions. As a major cause of resource depletion and environmental pollution, medical equipment industry must start thinking about industrial transformation. Therefore, the concept--circular economy-- have been adopted by some well-known international medical device companies in their closed-loop supply chain so as to fully utilize resources and gain more profits.
This study develops a mathematical model based on current medical device industry and the characteristics of Chinese market to construct a patent-protected third-party remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain model. The model covers an original Equipment Manufacturer, a third-party remanufacturer, and a distributor, selling two kinds of products: high-quality new products and low-quality remanufactured products, and considers the demand, cost and profit functions to determine a best pricing strategy for each supply chain member. Then numerical analysis and sensitivity analysis evaluate the interaction between competitors, influences of critical parameters on revenue to make the conclusion more robust.
The findings show that how supply chain players adjust their decisions to face the changes of different parameters in order to pursue the largest profits. In addition, currently original manufacturers and distributors should give priority to lower the cost of new products, while third-party remanufacturer should focus on reducing the market's price sensitivity to refurbished products, since the factor has the greatest impact on its profits.
