隨著人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence, AI)、雲端運算與數位轉型的快速發展,高效能運算需求顯著增加,使AI伺服器成為推動全球伺服器產業成長之核心動能。台灣憑藉完整供應鏈體系、成熟製造能力及與國際雲端服務供應商之深度合作關係,已成為全球伺服器產業的重要供應基地。然而,各主要伺服器業者在市場布局、商業模式及製程能力等方面仍存在差異,導致其成長機會與競爭優勢有所不同。因此,本研究以鴻海、廣達(雲達)、緯創、緯穎及英業達五家台灣主要伺服器業者為研究對象,分析其在AI伺服器產業之成長機會。
本研究透過文獻探討與公開產業資料分析,建立成長機會評估架構,並採用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)作為研究方法,建構包含「全球市場趨勢」、「商業模式與客戶結構」及「製程能力」三大構面與十一項評估指標之層級架構,並透過具伺服器產業經驗之專家問卷計算各構面與指標之相對權重。研究結果顯示,「全球市場趨勢」為影響企業成長機會之最重要構面,其次為「商業模式與客戶結構」,而「製程能力」則為支撐企業承接高附加價值AI伺服器專案之重要基礎。在指標層級方面,生成式AI需求、雲端資料中心擴建及ODM與ODM Direct商業模式為主要成長驅動因素。
進一步透過公開資料對五家業者進行綜合評估,結果顯示具備高階製程能力、系統整合能力及全球產能布局之企業,在AI伺服器市場具有較高成長潛力。本研究建立系統化之成長機會評估架構,研究結果可提供企業策略規劃與產業發展分析之參考依據。
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, big data analytics, and digital transformation, AI servers have become one of the most important growth drivers in the global server industry. The increasing adoption of generative AI applications, machine learning models, and hyperscale cloud services has significantly accelerated demand for high-performance computing infrastructure and advanced data center deployment. As a result, the AI server market has experienced substantial growth in recent years and is expected to continue expanding rapidly in the future.
