全球氣候變遷,減碳為必然趨勢,台灣工業部門歷年來都是最主要的能源消費部門,2020 年其能源消費占國內能源消費超過 29%,遠高於其他產業。政府推動工業部門2050年要達到淨零碳排之目標。本研究選定為工廠中的重大耗能設施空氣壓縮機,以提升空壓機效率,作為節能減碳目標。
在空氣壓縮系統的使用成本中,設備的購買成本只佔12%、維護成本佔9%、安裝費用2%、電費佔77%。空氣壓縮機為高耗能設備,透過電能轉換成機械能再轉換成流體能,透過各式能量的轉換,得到昂貴的壓縮空氣。根據美國能源部統計實際用於產線壓縮空氣約為60%,能源浪費40%中洩漏佔了25%和假性需求佔了15%。
本研究透過特性要因分析圖,分析個案鋼廠空壓機效率不佳原因,透過人、機、料、法、環、測等六項要因分析,找出主因,透過文獻回顧空壓機的節能並擬定方法,實施對策改善空壓機效率不佳原因,提升整體空壓機效率,達到節能減碳之目的。

Global climate change and carbon reduction are inevitable trends. Taiwan's industrial sector has been the most important energy consumption sector over the years. In 2020, its energy consumption accounted for more than 29% of domestic energy consumption, much higher than other industries. The government has pushed the industrial sector to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050. This study selected the air compressor as a major energy-consuming facility in the factory to improve the efficiency of the air compressor as the goal of energy saving and carbon reduction.
In the use cost of the air compression system, the purchase cost of the equipment accounts for only 12%, the maintenance cost accounts for 9%, the installation cost accounts for 2%, and the electricity cost accounts for 77%. Air compressors are high-energy-consuming equipment. They convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and then into fluid energy. Through the conversion of various types of energy, expensive compressed air is obtained. According to the statistics of the U.S. Department of Energy, about 60% of the compressed air is actually used in the production line, 40% of the energy wasted, 25% of the leakage and 15% of the false demand.
This research analyzes the reasons for the poor efficiency of the air compressors in the steel factory through the cause and effect analysis chart. Through the analysis of six factors including human, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement, the main reasons are found, and the energy saving of air compressors is reviewed through literature. And formulate methods and implement countermeasures to improve the causes of poor air compressor efficiency, improve the overall air compressor efficiency, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction.
