國內之河川砂石資源逐漸枯竭,循環經濟或資源再利用等課題受到世界各國所重視,轉爐石(Basic Oxygen Furnace,BOF)為鋼鐵冶煉一貫作業過程中的副產品,本研究評估轉爐石取代瀝青混凝土粗粒料之鋪面績效,於國1新營段及國3南投段進行鋪築前後現地檢測。研究結果顯示,國1新營段鋪築36個月後,回彈模數試驗平均值為1,401 MPa及間接張力試驗平均值為1.30MPa,數值穩定;衝擊試驗平均值高於建議值70,表示鋪面結構承載力良好;車轍試驗平均值為6.85 mm,乃是輕級車轍;步行式所量測之平坦度IRI試驗平均值低於建議值3.5m/km,顯示車輛行駛舒適;抗滑度BPN試驗高於標線參考值45,顯示提供足夠摩擦力。國3南投段鋪築43個月後,回彈模數試驗平均值為4,672 MPa及間接張力試驗平均值為1.20MPa,呈現增加趨勢;衝擊試驗平均值高於建議值70,鋪面結構承載力足夠;車轍試驗平均值為4.58 mm,則屬於輕級車轍;車載式所量測之平坦度IRI試驗平均值低於建議值1.75m/km,用路人感受平坦路面;抗滑度SN試驗高於建議值30,顯示提供足夠摩擦力。研究結果顯示需長期現場數據的蒐集及分析,可作為提升高速公路鋪面績效參考。
Domestic river sand and gravel resources are gradually depleted, and issues such as circular economy or resource reuse have been paid attention to by countries all over the world. Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) is a by-product of the continuous operation of iron and steel smelting. This study evaluates that converter stone replaces asphalt concrete. The paving performance of coarse aggregates was tested before and after paving in the National 1 Xinying Section and the National 3 Nantou Section. The research results show that after 36 months of paving in the National 1 Xinying Section, the average value of the rebound modulus test is 1,401 MPa and the average value of the indirect tension test is 1.30 MPa, and the values are stable; the average value of the impact test is higher than the recommended value of 70, indicating that the paving surface The structural bearing capacity is good; the average value of the rut test is 6.85 mm, which is a light rut; the average flatness measured by the walking type IRI test is lower than the recommended value of 3.5m/km, indicating that the vehicle is comfortable to drive; anti-skid BPN test Above the reticle reference of 45, sufficient friction is shown. After 43 months of paving in the Nantou section of National 3, the average value of the rebound modulus test was 4,672 MPa and the average value of the indirect tension test was 1.20 MPa, showing an increasing trend; the average value of the impact test was higher than the recommended value of 70, and the bearing capacity of the pavement structure was sufficient. ; The average value of the rutting test is 4.58 mm, which is a light rut; the average value of the IRI test measured by the vehicle-mounted type is lower than the recommended value of 1.75m/km, and passers-by can feel the flat road surface; the anti-slip SN test is higher than the recommended value A value of 30 shows that enough friction is provided. The research results show that the collection and analysis of long-term field data can be used as a reference for improving the performance of highway pavement.
