  • This study explores and analyzes the factor that influence venture capitalist (VC) and crowdfunding funder’s decision on investment. We using conjoint analysis to analyze the importance of each factor. After the venture capitalist and crowdfunding funder has rank their choice, we are using conjoint analysis to run the data. In making their choice of investment, both of them trades-offs the profit factor, social, and environment. The venture capitalist choose the profit factor to be the most important than other factors. As for crowdfunding funder with the same amount of fund they choose profit factor to be most important factor. However, as the amount of fund decrease crowdfunding funder’s profit factor also decrease. Our study contributes to venture capitalist and crowdfunding research: the venture capitalist and crowdfunding funder’s choice of investment based on profit, social and environment factor, and the effect of cost or requirement of fund toward their decision.
