Based on the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and surveyed by questionnaires, this research collected 324 valid questionnaires, mainly discussing the relevant influence variables of people's intention to use the government social media.
The choice of variables covers Information Quality, Interactivity, Website Preference ,Perceived usefulness ,Perceived ease of use, Perceived Playfulness ,attitude of use, and continued intention to use.
The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows:
(1) External variables, the degree of information quality and the degree of interactivity will positively affect people's perceived usefulness of the government social media.
(2) External variables, the degree of website preference will positively affect people's perceived ease of use of the government social media.
(3) People's perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness of government social media will positively affect the intention to use.
(4) People's perceived ease of use of government social media will positively affect perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness, and indirectly affect using intention through perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness. The impact which perceived ease of use on the intention to use needs perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness as an intermediary to achieve its significant impact on the relationship.
