本研究係探討組織氣候、社會交換、社會網絡與知識吸收能力的關聯性研究。實證研究採用問卷調查的方法。以2011 年中華徵信所「台灣地區大型企業排名 TOP5000」之廠商為對象,全國100 大金融業與 1000 大高科技業與100 大服務業為研究樣本,共發放 500 份問卷,有效問卷回收 323 份;利用 SPSS17.0,將研究變項的相互關係進行實證分析。
根據本研究統計分析之驗證結果,歸納下列結論:
(1)組織氣候對社會交換有顯著的影響。
(2)組織氣候對社會網絡有顯著的影響。
(3)組織氣候對知識吸收能力有顯著的影響。
(4)社會交換對社會網絡有顯著的影響。
(5)社會交換對知識吸收能力有顯著的影響。
(6)社會網絡對知識吸收能力有顯著的影響。
(7)組織氣候會透過社會交換對知識吸收能力有顯著正向的影響。
(8)組織氣候會透過社會交換對知識吸收能力有顯著正向的影響。
(9)社會交換會透過社會網絡對知識吸收能力有顯著正向的影響。
This study mainly proposed and tested the relationships among organizational climate , social exchange , social networks , and knowledge absorptive capacity in manufacturing , finance and services industries. Based on a cross-sectional sample, this study surveyed the data 1000 manufacturing ,100 financial and 100 services industries in Taiwan. The sample was drawn from the Top 5000 enterprises of 2010 by China Credit Information Service Ltd and obtained 323 valid questionnaires and the returns-ratio was 65.8%. In addition, this study statistic software (SPSS 17.0) and LISREL model to empirically explore the relationships among organizational climate , social exchange , social networks , and knowledge absorptive capacity.
According to statistical analysis, several conclusions are summarized:
(1)Organizational climate has significantly positive impacts on social exchange.
(2)Organizational climate has significantly positive impacts on social networks.
(3)Organizational climate has significantly positive impacts on knowledge absorptive capacity.
(4)Social exchange has significantly positive impacts on social networks.
(5)Social exchange has significantly positive impacts on knowledge absorptive capacity.
(6)Social networks have significantly positive impacts on knowledge absorptive capacity.
(7)Social exchange mediates the relationship between organizational climate and knowledge absorptive capacity.
(8)Social networks mediate the relationship between organizational climate and knowledge absorptive capacity.
(9)Social networks mediate the relationship between social exchange and knowledge absorptive capacity.
