本即時錄影系統能進行個人電腦(Personal Computer,PC)任何視訊畫面的錄影。整體架構包含軟體、硬體共同設計的理念在這系統中。
在系統的輸入與輸出介面與影像格式都採用通用且標準格式。 輸入介面使用目前電腦通用的 D_SUB 15Pin 接頭,因此在使用上相當的方便。本系統採軟硬體協同設計方式能達系統效益之最大化、最佳執行效能之目標。經由系統上硬體實現影像捉取、影像處理、格式轉換、與介面傳輸信號溝通。系統上軟體設計實現提供IBM PowerPC作相關控制。本系統的傳輸介面應用通用序列匯流排2.0 (Universal Serial Bus 2.0,USB 2.0)實現即時影像的資料傳輸,將在實際應用上更為廣泛。最後發展Host PC應用程式操作介面,讓使用者能在Windows作業系統控制本即時錄影系統訊號傳送和資料接收的完整系統。完成後使用播放軟體可呈現錄製的畫面
The Real Time Video Recording System for PC can record any video from PC. The whole structure contains the concept of software-hardware co-design in it.
The system adopts common and standard format in I/O interfaces and image format. The input interface uses the D_SUB 15Pin connector which is popular in PC. Thus, it is convenient to use it. The system achieves the goal of maximizing the throughput and performance by adopting S/H co-design. The software portion of the system realizes the image capture, image process, format conversion and the communication between interfaces. The hardware portion of the system uses IBM PowerPC to do control. The interface of the communication uses Universal Serial Bus 2.0 (USB 2.0) to realize the data transfer of real-time images with which it becomes more popular. Finally, we develop a graphical user interface for the application program on Host PC that makes users more convenient to control the transmission and reception of data. As a result, users can use displayer to show the video.
