Barium Hexaferrite doped by additive MnCO3, CuO, TiO2(0,1,3,5%wt) have been investigated by the usual ceramic sintering method. The preparation is carried out by solid state reaction that corresponds to milling, calcinations and sintering. The precursor BaCO3 and Fe2O3 were mixed and milled for 24 hours using wet milling. Samples were calcined at 10000C for 2 hours with increment 100C/minute. XRD result showed BaFe12O19 phase. BaFe12O19 powder were mixed with additive MnCO3, CuO, TiO2(0,1,3,5%wt). Samples were milled at 0,24,48 hours and pressed by 50 Kg/cm2 for pellet shaped and sintered at temperature 9000C,10000C,11000C for 2. Result shows Bulk Density obtained 4.41 gram/cm3The sample magnetic properties was measured using VSM. The results showed that remanence and energy product decrease as additive value increase.
