隨著科技不斷的進步，人們可使用資訊工具越來越多，但是許多企業仍在使用人工作業以及老舊的資訊管理系統，然而在資訊管理系統解決方案受制於系統開發者與使用者雙方專業領域不同的隔閡，不易針對使用需求來設計資訊管理系統。為了讓企業有辦法因應不同狀況快速地做出反應並提出適當的解決方案，勢必要擺脫舊有的思維方式，採用更快且效率更高的創新思維，而TRIZ理論即為一個高度系統化的創新思維方法，目前已廣泛應用於各種工程領域與非工程領域中，TRIZ理論可幫助人們以架構化的思維模式來快速解決問題。
本研究基於TRIZ理論的多元性，希望建立一套TRIZ方法能將企業面臨到的管理問題以現代資訊技術解決。並以兩家台灣企業導入行動裝置為案例，探討如何以TRIZ理論解決企業導入行動化裝置所直接面臨的兩個問題：資訊管理系統整合與行動裝置資訊安全管理。
本研究使用TRIZ解決矛盾衝突問題的工具：技術矛盾，來探討應用TRIZ開發資訊管理系統的可行性，並配合案例公司的實務經驗做對照來驗證此方法。透過轉換工程參數與發明原則，將技術矛盾轉換成適用於資訊管理系統開發的型態，期望管理者與資訊管理系統開發者能透過此方法的發想，找出合適且創新的資訊管理解決方案。

As technology continues to improve, people can use more and more information tools, but many companies still use manual operations and old information management systems. However, the information management system solution is subject to the gap between the professional areas of both the system developer and the user, and it is not easy to design the information management system according to the user's needs. In order to allow companies to quickly respond to different situations and come up with appropriate solutions, it is imperative to get rid of old ways of thinking and use faster and more efficient innovative thinking. TRIZ theory is a highly systematic and innovative thinking method. It has been widely used in various engineering fields and non-engineering fields. TRIZ theory can help people solve problems quickly with an architectural mindset.

This research is based on the diversity of TRIZ theory. It is hoped that the establishment of a TRIZ method can solve the management problems encountered by enterprises with modern information technology. Taking two Taiwanese companies into the mobile device as an example, we will discuss how to solve the two problems directly faced by enterprises in the introduction of mobile devices with TRIZ theory: information management system integration and mobile device information security management.

This research uses TRIZ tools to solve conflicts: technical contradictions, to explore the feasibility of using TRIZ to develop an information management system, and to verify this method with the practical experience of the case company. Through the conversion of engineering parameters and invention principles, the technical contradiction is transformed into a type suitable for the development of information management systems. It is expected that managers and information management system developers can find suitable and innovative information management solutions through the development of this method.
