台灣地區道路鋪設瀝青混凝土材料,隨著交通量快速增加,但鋪面長期受交通載重及環境作用下,容易造成鋪面嚴重車轍(rutting),使鋪面提早破壞,瀝青混凝土材料中,粒料體積約佔90﹪,對於鋪面強度及耐久性有甚大影響。
隨著科技的演進,目前已經發展出許多將影像數位化的技術,經由電子計算機強大的運算能力,已能將瀝青混凝土中的大顆粒骨材移動分辨出來。本研究即應用影像處理分析技術,觀察到SMA及PA瀝青混合料在車轍試驗過程中,隨滾壓次數增加,由粗粒料移動軌跡及角度變化可觀察出側擠(heave)情形。
由粗粒料移動量及轉動量組合,計算輪壓下方區域的膠漿應變。由垂直應變的等應變線圖中可以發現在斷面輪壓附近區域呈現先壓縮而後張伸,車轍變形量較大的試體斷面下方的等應變線會較為密集。
經由迴歸分析粗粒料本身形狀與移動量相對於車轍試驗結果的影響,描述粗粒料之互鎖機制,並建立與車轍變形量之相關性。密級配輪跡試驗結果有顯著影響的因子分別是輪壓次數、△值、平均扁長比、形狀因子與扁平粒料比例;對PA級配輪跡試驗結果有顯著影響的是粗粒料移動量與形狀因子;對SMA級配輪跡試驗結果有顯著影響的則是粗粒料移動量。
Since 1990's, SMA has most improved in pavement construction. The coarse aggregate have 90% weight in the pavement, and it is the major content to accept heavy traffic.
