The thesis aims to explore how factors related to an organization’s adaptability influence its market performance. In this study, we focus on understanding the influence of organizational adaptability on business success.
Our empirical findings reveal a positive relationship between decentralization and a firm’s logistics service innovation capability. Furthermore, we confirm that enhanced logistics service innovation capability leads to improved market performance. Other than that, the Decentralization has a significant impact on Organization Adaptability. Lastly, we confirm that better organization adaptability leads to improved market performance.
Through an examination of how organizational adaptability influences market performance, this study underscores the critical role of adaptability in enhancing business competitiveness and fostering growth. It provides theoretical and empirical support for businesses to enhance their competitiveness.
