二十一世紀全球經濟結構快速的變遷,中國、東亞國家及其他開發中國家的崛起,如何持續創新已成為企業維持競爭優勢最重要的因素。Apple近幾年在智慧型手機與平板電腦的崛起令人難以望其項背,相信創辦人賈伯斯的前瞻性精神深深影響著員工的創造力。員工的創造力是最重要的基石,員工的創造力是組織創新的開端,本次研究將深入探討創業家精神-前瞻性對員工創造力之影響從創意自我效能、開發式學習、探索式學習、工作自主性探討。本研究以台灣企業員工作為研究對象取得有效樣本453份,資料分析使用SPSS17.0及AMOS 17.0統計軟體進行分析資料分析:主要研究結果如下:
1. 創業家精神-前瞻性,對開發式學習、探索式學習及工作自主性呈現顯著的
正向影響。
2. 創業家精神-前瞻性對於創意自我效能無顯著影響。
3. 開發式、探索式學習及工作自主性對員工創造力呈現顯著的正向影響。
4. 開發式學習對於創意自我效能呈現顯著的正向影響。
5. 探索式學習對於工作自主性呈現顯著的正向影響。
Rapid changes in global economic structure of the twenty-first century.The rise of China, East Asian countries and other developing countries. It is the mostimportant factor to maintain a competitive advantage for continuous innovation.In recent years,Apple is difficult to hold a candle to the rise of smart phones and tablet PCs. I believe that forward-looking spirit of founder Steve Jobs has aprofound impact on the creativity of employees. The creativity of employees is the most important cornerstone. The creativity of employees is the beginning of the organizational innovation. This study will examine that From the ProactiveProspective of Entrepreneurship on Employee Creativity: Exploring the Relationshipsamong Creative self-efficacy, Exploitative Learning, Exploratory Learning and TaskAutonomy. In this study, obtain a valid sample of 453 form the employees in Taiwan. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0.
The major findings of the study were:
(1)The Proactive Prospective of Entrepreneurship has a significant positive effecton Exploitative Learning, Exploratory Learning and Task Autonomy.
(2)The Proactive Prospective of Entrepreneurship has no significant effect on Creative self-efficacy.
(3)Exploitative Learning, Exploratory Learning and Task Autonomy have asignificant positive effect on The creativity of employees.
(4)Exploitative Learning has a significant positive effect on Creative self-efficacy.
(5)Exploratory Learning has a significant positive effect on Task Autonomy.
