  • 企業在發展未來的競爭力時,所要執行的決策背後,一定要有相關的知識資源來支持,但對於本身所擁有的知識資源不見得能去應付策略活動,若能藉由外界的專家、學者來分析出所必須準備的核心知識,並利用外部的核心知識作為主軸與企業內部的現有知識來找出之間存在的缺口,使得企業能有效地去開發必須的知識來維護本身的競爭力。另外在解決這樣的問題,透過多位不同單位的決策者來進行互動討論是非常重要的。
    然而,在遽變的環境下,大多數的企業無法有效的去確認出所開發展的核心知識,也缺乏系統化的分析架構,以致於耗費多餘的企業資源,而公司的策略發展在無前兩者配合下,亦無法健全。
    本研究所提出的發展核心知識之群體決策支援系統,主要利用了相似度分析來找出企業內、外之間的知識缺口,並透過系統化的分析流程產生出最後的策略知識地圖以輔助管理者做知識決策的制定。並且使用網頁式基礎的技術,架構一群體決策支援系統雛形,以提供管理者使用。

    The strategies which businesses want to perform for future competition must be backed up by the relevant knowledge and resources, which are deficient in strategy activities. In order to resolve this problem, an interacting discussion measure of multi policy makers from different divisions has become very important. It is participated by external experts and scholars, who analyzed the core knowledge and seemed to find out the gaps between the existing internal knowledge and external core knowledge.
    However, in ever changing environments, most enterprises can’t confirm what core knowledge they must develop and also lack a systematically analyzing measure to do it. Thus, the firm’s strategy development is not able to be executed effectively and economically.
    This study provides a group decision support system (GDSS) for developing core knowledge. It uses the similarity analysis method to obtain the knowledge gaps and produced a strategic knowledge map for manager’s decision making through a systematically analyzing procedure. Then we display this GDSS prototype in a web-based graphic interface to facilitate managers for manipulating it.
