  •   隨著環境意識抬高,產品所引發之環境衝擊更是水漲船高,所以綠色供應鏈之建構已成為當前提供綠色產品與邁向永續性社會的主要挑戰及潮流。為尋求綠色供應鏈之健全,對於零組件或原料的供應商必需在現有的管理機制上,再加上有關永續發展的考量;易言之,即是推動綠色供應商管理,而本研究之主旨即在探討電子業綠色供應商管理的議題。
      本研究運用模糊層級分析法作為供應商評選之基礎,同時,並建議一套序列的評選程序,以便原廠設備製造商(OEM)之資料收集、選擇評選評準、評比評分、及調整決策權重。研究中,並以印刷電路板(PCB)之採購與供應為例,實際建構評估模式,討論本研究建議供應商評選方法的實用性及未來方向。
      結果不但可利用此評估程序來將供應商評分及評等,更可比較出供應商在各評準之優劣程度,而供應商也可藉此評估結果看出需加強及改善之評準;此方法不但比傳統之檢核表方法易評估,當資料量較大時更可減少評估時間及降低資料不確定所造成之影響。

      In recent years, green supply chain management has become important to ensure that production network could provide environmentally conscious (green) products. Among green supply chain management issues, supplier management is one key issue. This study focuses on green supplier evaluation and management where multiple attribute decision making methods are adopted to incorporate various environmental performance criteria.
      To demonstrate application potential of the proposed approach, a real case of supplier management for an OEM in LCD industry is presented. The advantages of the proposed approach are threefold. First, the evaluation process and criteria weight structure become clear by implementing the rigorous evaluation methods. Secondly, ambiguity and uncertainty in the evaluation can be incorporated with fuzzy logic. Lastly, decision makers can enhance the supplier management by using cardinal, ordinal or fuzzy grouping evaluation results via the proposed approach depending on various managerial considerations.
