產品符合需求才能吸引消費市場,以快速推進在產品在開發設計前期研發會議上,部門間有不同意見的堅持,無取得決策共識,使得會議無效率且延誤開發進度時程。本研究探討以層級分析程序(Analytic Hierarchy Process ; AHP),應用在個案公司所要開發產品上,分析收集顧客端反饋問題及歷年來內部改善專案,建立一套給各部門評量分析與改善設計決策效益的機制。藉由依循一個可被評價的設計方法,整合各方意見,本研究的特色能有效的歸納出新產品開發因子決策準則及替代方案的選擇,作為在新產品開發階段前的準則及參考,使新產品能夠更符合客戶的需求,最主要能節省開發成本及提升新產品在市場的占有率。層級分析法確立權重後計算出各單位標選之屬性,以AHP方式決定方案排序建立新產品開發選擇的模型,同時考量候選方案優勢與劣勢的多準則決策方法,可應用於新產品開發選擇,希望以快速簡單與系統化之方法供企業或決策者利用分析工具在候選方案中進行排序作為決策參考。

New product development has become one of the essential factors for the company to gain competitiveness, and a successful new product can open up a crucial new market. To explore the evaluation and selection of the new product development of the case study company A. this study the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) the historical records of the customer’s feedbacks and the internal improvements cases. calculate the attributes of departments and the weight value of related factors. and then decide the rankings of the developed program options by the multi-criteria decision-making method to find the strengths and weaknesses of the program. The proposed model can integrate all department information and determine the affecting factors and the new product development methods in the early design process. In addition, by stating the steps of AHP clearly, this study can offer better information for enterprises or decision makers to
select a suitable choice and candidate solution for saving unnecessary costs and obtain a market share for the new product development.
