Since 1997, Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) has been introduced in China, which is mainly used for heavy-duty traffic pavements. This study is mainly divided into urban roads and expressway SMA pavements, and the purpose is to apply high-load traffic. In order to reduce the impact of Basic Oxygen Furnace Slag (BOF) on the environment and recycling economy, the coarse-grained material of urban road paving materials is completely replaced by converter stone. The paving area of SMA is as high as 146,800 m2. It proposes rich and sufficient asphalt. As a reference to improve the durability and performance of SMA. According to the three batches of plant mixing, the fiber dosage is 0.4%, and the addition method is to put the particles into the mixing drum. The recommended asphalt dosage is 5.3% rich asphalt and 5.1% sufficient asphalt. The loose-to-solid ratio depends on the trial and actual paving. Adjusted, the mixing time of the mixture is 19 seconds for dry mixing and 37 seconds for wet mixing to ensure the uniformity of the mixture; after analysis, the pass rate of the gradation sieve analysis is 78.2%, the asphalt content meets the requirement rate of 94%, and the flatness is less than 2.8mm. The degree of compaction is qualified after testing. In addition, the SMA paving material of National Highway No. 1 is made of natural materials. The detected rutting amount is less than 13 mm, the impact value is higher than 70, the flatness IRI value is less than 1.75 m/km, the slip resistance is greater than 30, and the rebound modulus Above 1,000 MPa and indirect tension above 0.8 MPa, based on the evaluation and analysis of paving performance data over the years, a database is established as a reference for the maintenance mechanism.
