台灣沿海地區受到天然及人為因素影響,導致海岸被嚴重侵蝕,透過海岸造林進行水土保持,可保護國土安全,及加強生態造林復育,與聯合國的「2030永續發展目標」中第15項目標一致,其中價值主張的認同為關鍵因素,直接影響利害關係人參與程度,經過資源整合將共創更多價值,因此提出以價值主張為主軸,探討海岸造林發展歷程中,如何與利害關係人互動,並以價值主張及價值共創的理論來探究此問題。
本研究將透過質性研究的單一個案研究法,以「財團法人慈心有機農業發展基金會」為研究個案,基金會從2015年開始推行海岸造林活動,從海岸造林發展的歷程中,價值主張會隨著時間,以及利害關係人的組成不同,獲得的資源狀態,產生調整及變化,而研究結果發現,價值主張會因為利害關係人及資源影響,產生滾動式的調整,而價值主張不同的切入角度,將吸引認同理念的利害關係人,提供的完善的交流平台,有助於提升利害關係人參與的意願,利害關係人只要願意參與活動都可獲得到效益,因為希望藉此吸引更多利害關係人的加入、進行更多元化的價值共創活動。
The coastal areas of Taiwan are affected by natural and man-made factors, resulting in severe coastal erosion. The conservation of water and soil through coastal afforestation can protect homeland security and strengthen ecological afforestation. It is in line with the 15th goal of the United Nations’ "2030 Sustainable Development Goals". Consistent, in which the identification of the value proposition is the key factor, which directly affects the participation of stakeholders, and will create more value through resource integration. Therefore, the value proposition is proposed as the main axis to discuss how to interact with stakeholders in the development process of coastal afforestation , And explore this issue with the theory of value proposition and value co-creation.
This research will use a single case study method of qualitative research, taking the "Consortium Mercy Organic Agriculture Development Foundation" as a research case. The foundation has been implementing coastal afforestation activities in 2015. From the development of coastal afforestation, the value proposition With time and the composition of stakeholders, the acquired resource status will be adjusted and changed. The research results found that the value proposition will undergo rolling adjustments due to the influence of the stakeholders and resources, while the value proposition is different. From the perspective, it will attract stakeholders who agree with the concept, and the perfect communication platform provided will help increase the willingness of the stakeholders to participate. As long as the stakeholders are willing to participate in the activity, they can get benefits, because they hope to attract more Stakeholders join and carry out more diversified value co-creation activities.
