  • 文化創意產業在政府的推廣下,以個人為主的文創工作室如雨後春筍的成立,以個人為營業單位的事業體,必須同時要完成研發創作生產、採購、銷售、資金管理,能夠持續獲利永續經營的工作者少之又少,最後只能苦撐或是離開市場。透過產業價值鏈的探討,將微型工作室變成一家可以永續經營的企業,是本次研究的主題。
    本研究採單一個案研究法,探討個案公司的發展歷程,從微型工作室轉型為合夥公司,永續經營的關鍵成功因素要素為何?
    研究結果發現:企業想要永續經營的關鍵因素,第一步驟要先檢視企業本身的資源基礎的優劣勢為何?有效掌控與運用有形資源、無形資源及人力資源,探討價值鏈分析,透過主要活動及輔助活動,善用優勢連結上下游產業價值鏈開拓商機,扭轉劣勢從產業價值鏈尋找轉機,將單一產業價值鏈轉變為多角化產業價值鏈,增加公司獲利,達到永續經營的目標。

    SUMMARY
    Under the promotion of the government in the cultural and creative industries, the creation of individual-oriented cultural and creative studios has sprung up. Because individuals as business units must also complete R & D creation, production, procurement, sales, and fund management, also there are very few workers who benefit from sustainable operations. They can only endure or leave the market. The theme of this study is to turn the micro-studio into a sustainable enterprise through the discussion of the industrial value chain..
    This study adopts a single case study method to explore the development process of a case company, and transform from a micro studio to a partnership company. What are the key success factors for sustainable operation?
    The results of the study found that: The first step for a company to want to operate sustainably is to examine the strengths and weaknesses of the company ’s own resource base. Effectively control and use tangible, intangible, and human resources. Activities and auxiliary activities, make good use of the advantages to connect the upstream and downstream industrial value chains to explore business opportunities, reverse the disadvantages and seek a turn from the industrial value chain, , transform the single industry value chain into a multi-angle industrial value chain, increase the company's profit, and achieve the goal of sustainable operation.

    INTRODUCTION

    Under the promotion of the government in the cultural and creative industries, the creation of individual-oriented cultural and creative studios has sprung up. Because individuals as business units must also complete R & D creation, production, procurement, sales, and fund management, also there are very few workers who benefit from sustainable operations. They can only endure or leave the market.
    Therefore, the motivation of this research is to hope that we can make good use of its own resource base, explore how to make up for the shortage of resources. And then create value by integrating the upstream and downstream industrial value chains, so that companies can operate sustainably and achieve multi-party cooperation and a multi-win situation.

    MATERATIALS AND METHODS

    The research method adopted in this study is qualitative research. Through in-depth interviews to understand the internal information and development history of the case company, and review relevant literature and collect secondary information, explore the application of value net and resource-based theory in industrial value chain analysis of the pressed flower craft industry.

    RESULTS AND DICUSSION

    This study is a compilation of the company's development history, sub-data and in-depth interviews with experts and other related materials. It explores the use of value chain analysis by Company A to support activities such as procurement, technology development, human resource management, and corporate infrastructure. Material logistics management, production operations, shipping logistics management, marketing and sales, services and other major activities. Make good use of the advantages to connect the upstream and downstream industry value chains to explore business opportunities, reverse the disadvantages and look for opportunities from the industry value chain. From a single enterprise's value chain, it can develop into a multi-dimensional enterprise's value chain, and the feasibility plan of integrating the entire industrial value chain is as follows to achieve the goal of sustainable operation.
    1.The company's business items has clearly set are specific pressing flowers (orchids) gifts. It establishes a brand image, attarcts customers, and becomes synonymous with specific flowers (orchids) related gifts.
    2.It makes good use of strong technological development activities and utilizes the key technical advantages of changing the color of flowers, which relieves the company's predicament that the main raw material orchid needs to be purchased in advance and the purchase target is restricted, and solves the problem of order shortage caused by lack of materials. At the same time, it reduces inventory and storage costs, increases gross profit, and stabilizes the company's operating income.
    3.It reviews the disadvantages of resource-based marketing talents and makes up the gap. In the case of limited resources, it attracts the target customer dealers for effective marketing and sales activities, successfully attracted them to order products. Product standardization makes it easy for customers to order correctly. The company's production quality is stable and its capacity is increased, which can stably maintain or increase revenue.
    4.It has accepted a large number of customized commissions from customers, and customization can increase the price of single products. A large number of standardized production can also reduce costs and meet customer demand, while also increasing profits.
    5.The idle production may occur in order-to-order production. Using the idle time of order-to-order production to contact customers to develop new products and adjust existing products. Programmatically arrange the production of goods required for the exhibition, and make full use of production capacity.
    6.Facing the predicament of ensuring the procurement of technical raw materials, designing systematic courses to reduce inventory pressure, and also responding to customer learning needs. Turning the crisis into an opportunity has increased the company's business items, from the manufacture of finished pressed flowers, increased curriculum teaching, and extended to the supply of patented raw materials and the manufacture and sale of pressed orchid materials, from a single industry value to a multi-angle industrial value.

    CONCLUSION

    The cultural and creative industry has only recently begun to be valued. With this case study, in addition to being used in the pressed flower industry, it can also be extended to other cultural and creative industries so that individual cultural and creative industries can expand their output value and become like foreign boutique companies, and propose the following:
    1.The most important resource base of the cultural and creative industry is the technological research and development activities of individual enterprises, making good use of advantages, making up shortcomings and sustainable development, so that individual enterprises can continue to have the industry's originality, and building their own brands is the key to sustainable operation. Through strong technical research and development activities, the main activities of the individual value chain of the enterprise are integrated, and the value chain of the multi-cornered enterprise is extended, which will affect the entire upstream and downstream industrial value system.
    2.Examine the advantages and disadvantages of the individual resource base of the enterprise, make good use of the advantages to add more orders, and break through the disadvantages into opportunities. Under the limited resources, you can seek new mutually beneficial trading models from upstream suppliers. Responding to downstream customers' needs and designing more market-friendly products or new product projects have the opportunity to become a feasible solution to create company revenue or reduce costs.
