後處理濾煙系統可以降低柴油引擎所排放出來的廢氣污染,此方法被先進國家逐漸重視採用,但針對其效能與實際運作等狀態,卻尚無明確定義。若需更好的改進與研究,建立一套完整的監控系統是為必要。本研究的監控系統可分為兩大部分,一為隨車量測系統,另一為紀錄管制站。本論文針對柴油引擎後處理濾煙系統發展一套數據資料擷取系統,著重於後處理器相關的研究數值並於特定時間傳輸,利用低成本單晶片微處理器建構模組化之系統,並搭配監控站的設置,進行資料的傳輸、紀錄與顯示,方便研究人員對後處理器濾煙系統效能做一個評估。本文研究在於如何選用適當的感測儀器與妥善安裝相關裝置,並能在惡劣的環境條件下實際運作。本論文完整的呈現整個系統開發系統的歷程,系統設計包含了感測器的選擇與配置、微處理器韌體設計、傳輸資料通訊協定之訂定等,數據採集系統硬體與軟體經過完整的製作與建置、以及現場各種測試與改進,達成本研究預期的設計規範與功能。
Development of a post-processor for Diesel engine equipment can reduce air pollution in significance. How to monitor the post-processor device to keep it function efficiently, proper data acquisition and data transmission would be major tools to setup. This research presents an onboard measurement system for mobile devices and transmitting data to monitoring station. This thesis focuses on establishing a real time data acquisition for pressure and temperature from the exhausted gas in the post-processor. The data acquisition system integrates microcontrollers, sensors and display device to show the real time data and transfer data on specific time. Tests have been carried out to verify the important functions with reliability and stability under such abominable environment.
