  • 在先進國家已發展多年的停車導引資訊系統(Parking Guidance and Information System, PGIS),近年來已相當普及於各大都市,此系統亦為先進旅行者資訊系統(Advanced Traveler Information Systems, ATIS)之ㄧ環,透過此系統可將停車相關資訊,如停車場位置、方向、空位數等,經由各種管道傳達給駕駛者,以協助解決停車問題。研究報告指出,藉由停車導引資訊系統,對於停車問題解決與停車場使用率提昇皆有相當幫助。
    停車導引資訊系統目前在國內實施的狀況仍為少數特定區域使用之系統,並未發展至全台灣普及化。然而,資訊科技與無線網路服務應用之發展,對於停車導引資訊系統所能提供的服務模式有所改變與影響,從路邊的外觀資訊進而發展至可提供車上內部資訊,網際網路的事前查詢至可使用無線網路進行即時查詢。系統的改變,使得駕駛人可以以更便利的方式取得停車相關資訊。本研究致力於探討隨著資訊科技之發展,停車導引資訊系統可能提供新服務之發展,並且了解駕駛人對於新服務使用意願
    本研究利用分解式計畫行為理論分析駕駛人對於停車導引資訊服務的採用意願,以了解何種因素具有決定性影響力。本研究調查台南與高雄已滿18歲之駕駛人,發放問卷共360份,共回收有效問卷316份,回收率達87.78%。
    利用結構化方程式進行分析,透過分析結果,證實知覺有用、知覺易用會正向影響態度;自我效能與助益環境對知覺行為控制有正向影響;態度與知覺行為控制會正向影響行為意願。本研究成果可以提供給政府與系統供應商等作為系統與服務發展之參考,也提供數項延伸課題給後續研究者作為研究參考。

    An increasing number of city authorities set up Parking Guidance and Information Services (PGIS), which is an important part of the advanced traveler information systems. It can offer drivers real-time information on parking space availability and help them to make more intelligent choices. According to literature , PGIS could improve the problem of searching available parking spaces and the utilization rate of the parking spaces.
    Currently in some areas of Taiwan, the information of the availability of parking spaces can be obtained by arriving close to the car parks to observe from a roadside electronic parking space post set up by the city government. With rapid technological advancement in computing and telecommunication in recent years, PGIS combine telecommunication and real time information to aid road navigation. Information can be transmitted to the vehicle through wireless and/or mobile technologies, to be managed and displayed to the users for guidance or reference. This study intends to devolop a comprehensive model to provide better services for drivers and evaluate the user acceptance of PGIS.
    The study applies Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior to analyze the user acceptance of PGIS. Using a systematic sampling method, 360 questionnaire surveys were conducted in Tainan and Kaohsiung. 44 replies were excluded due to incomplete answers, leaving 316 valid responses, the returns-ratio reaches 87.78%.
    The structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is adopted since it has been widely used in inspecting two or more dependency relationship. The result of empirical analysis was obtained by means of AMOS 6.0 . Perceived usefulness and ease of use has positive significant effect to attitude. Facilitating condition and self-efficacy has positive significant effect to perceived behavioral control. Attitude and perceived behavioral control has positive significant effect to use intention. The result of this study could provide city government and system suppliers with an effective divection deployment of system and services.
