近年來高科技產業之蓬勃發展,加上建廠及擴建之需求下,電力需求量也隨之不斷增加。因此,對於高科技業者而言,如何有效降低電費、避免電能浪費、節省設備維護及人員成本,確為一重要課題。
本論文係經由直接數位控制器之硬體架構規劃,並應用變頻器於空調控制上,輔以軟體規劃程式及中央監控系統之管理,以有效降低電力負載。此外,本論文亦探討現場感測器位置之安裝與儀表之校正,以確保機器設備保持在最佳狀況下運轉,以避免機器設備於不當條件下之運轉所造成之能源損耗。
又為驗證本論文所提出方法,本文並經實際測試驗證,而其執行結果之效益於所測試之案例中可知,其確已可節省可觀之電費,並可協助降低機電空調之電力負載,提高能源使用效率,應有助於達成電力節能之目標,同時可提供高科技產業節能控制施行之參考,暨有助於國內產業競爭優勢之提昇。
With the fast development of high technology manufacturing industry, the expansion of the factory has resulted in the increment of electric power demand. Therefore, from the viewpoints of those owners of high technology manufacturing, the reduction of electricity cost while saving the maintenance of the equipment has become an urgent subject.
In view of this crucial requirement, an approach for energy-savings of high technology factory is proposed. The main theme of this method lies in the application of direct digital controller to the air-conditioner control with the aid of building management control system as well as the software programs such that the reduction of electric power usage can be reached. Moreover, the installation of sensors and the adjustment of instrumentation and measurements are also investigated in the thesis in anticipation of avoiding the wasted energy for those worthless situations, hence reaching the purpose of electric energy-savings.
To validate the effectiveness of the method proposed in this thesis, the approach has been validated from the field test. From the test results, they demonstrate a significant saving of electric usage by employing the proposed method. This outcome helps support the feasibility of the method, which is deemed beneficial for high technology industry as the reference of enforce energy-savings, and useful to increase the competition in the modern industry.
