  • 背景與目的:健康照顧工作者職業傷害的盛行率高,其中大多屬於由移位任務之人因問題所引起之肌肉骨骼不適。推行相關的政策以及使用合適的移位輔具能減少職業傷害。其中,移位機為能夠有效減少受傷風險之輔具,但仍有應用上的限制。研究中使用之多模態移位機嘗試改良過往移位機的限制並於設計時考量人因工程。其機器性能已完成初步測試,但仍未深入探討操作者之人因部分。故本研究主要目的為了解徒手移位與使用多模態移位機的操作過程中,操作者的傷害風險以及吃力程度。
    方法:本研究為重覆測量的研究設計,每位操作者將在徒手移位以及使用多模態移位機的狀況下,於多個移位情境中協助模擬病人進行移位任務。於任務過程中將蒐集操作傷害風險之資料,並於任務操作後蒐集主觀吃力程度與易用性感受之資料。
    結果:使用移位機之姿勢風險較徒手移位低,但推拉風險卻較徒手移位高,且需要較多的操作時間。但移位機使用者認為使用移位機較不吃力,且對於多模態移位機之易用性評價為普通到優秀之間。
    結論: 臨床工作場域中,應考量使用移位機輔具以降低健康照顧工作者之肌肉骨骼不適風險,適當的練習與事前訓練可能協助照顧者減少操作移位機所需的時間與減少使用的挫折感,進而提升使用意願。

    Healthcare workers are often at high risk of musculoskeletal disorders in lifting tasks. The multi-mode lifting device were designed to solve this problem. However, there is lack of studies exploring human factor performances in using this device. This repeated measure study was aimed to understand operation risk and users perceived exertion for multi-mode lifting device during patient transfer tasks and to compare with manual transfer method. Thirty-four healthcare workers were recruited to perform transfer tasks in various transfer contexts with manual method and two modes of the multi-mode lifting device. The results showed that transferring with multi-mode lifting device was with less posture risk but with higher pull and push risk, also it demanded longer time to perform transfer tasks than manual method. However, perceived exertion during transfer with the multi-mode lifting device was reported to be less than that of manual method. Also, the usability performance of the multi-mode lifting device was answered from OK to excellent by the participants. This study provides valuable information for healthcare workers, device designers, and policy planner to promote using lifting devices during transfer tasks and to prevent musculoskeletal disorders for healthcare workers.
