近年來基樁已廣泛應用於建築物之基礎結構中,並構築於弱軟土層之上,以期能增加地基之承載力及承受地震力所引起之水平力。然而因基樁之施工品質控制不佳、基樁運送期間及打擊能量、方式等均可能造成之基樁產生缺陷。
本研究則利用現場之植入式PC樁為試驗樁,分別進行完整樁及缺陷樁(分別為不同之幾何比例缺陷)之檢測,藉由基樁非破壞檢測試驗方法中之音波回音法,進行基樁完整性檢測。研究結果顯示,受測PC樁不論是否埋入土壤內,其檢測結果均與預估值相符,然而缺陷面積小於10%及雙重缺陷為音波回音法之檢測極限,此檢測之結果亦與以往學者之研究結論相符。
Pile foundation has been widely used recently. It can increase bearing capacity and resist the horizontal force induced by earthquake. However, there may be some defects in pile due to the unguarded construction, transportation process, and driven methods.
The precast piles were constructed and same different defects were preset in advance in this study. Sonic Echo (SE) method, which is one of nondestructive testing methods, was used to perform the pile integrity in this study. The results show that the inference of soil is small and defects are hard to be detected when the defected area is smaller than 10% or with two defects in the pile. The results obtained above are also matched with the previous researcher’s studies.
