  • As the global economy continues to become ever more competitive, organizational creativity is instrumental to remaining competitive. Team-based work become a favorite model used by organizations nowadays to remain competitiveness and can be survive through uncertain globalize economic environment. This study examined not only how team diversity and team proactivity had influence on the team creativity but also the role of information exchange in that relationship. It also tested the moderating effect of transformational leadership to the effect of team proactivity and team diversity to team information exchange. This study gathered data from 40 working teams in Taiwan and Thailand. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this research is to arm managers with a measureable construct which could be employed to assemble diverse teams and maximize organizational creative output.
