本論文討論動態物件追蹤與人臉偵測技術在數位監控系統中的應用。首先以影像處理技術偵測場景中的移動物件,利用消除環境干擾雜訊,並將區塊劃分的方法找出改變過的影像區域,再配合臉部偵測系統,判定是否有人員闖入監控場景,交由追蹤系統持續觀察可疑人物。同時加入多媒體壓縮模組和網際網路傳輸架構,並搭配偵測追蹤策略儲存,以調閱影像資料,達到影像偵測技術活用於現代數位生活之目的。
This paper discusses the application of motion object tracking and face detection in video surveillance. First, we use image processing techniques to detect the motion object in monitored area, and find the changed area by eliminating the noise and divide the captured image into several blocks. Then, we cooperate with face detection method to decide if there are invaders in monitored area and observe the invaders continually by the tracking method. Finally, we combine the multimedia compression approach and network transmission module in the video surveillance system so as to save useful video data with detection method and replay them. This paper achieves the objective of utilizing image detection techniques for modern digital life.
