  • 基於市售之寵物尿褲,並無適合腰圍在55 cm以上之特大碼尺寸,以至於在現況裡,沒有專門給中大型老犬或體型肥胖患犬可穿戴之照護用品,雖然可以通過加工改變成人紙尿褲結構,但在過程中容易造成紙尿褲內裡的原材料散落;此外,為了對切割開的產品表面進行更謹慎之黏合,其加工所需時間是冗長且沒有效率的,一般需要20分鐘才能完成一件加工品;並且,市售產品除了沒有相符尺寸外,在價錢方面也非常昂貴。因此,需要以自動化技術研製機台,使其直接製作出大型尺寸的寵物尿布,以節省人力時間、方便取得成品為目的,來推動這項研究。
    本論文旨在研製一台寵物尿布黏合機,使用SolidWorks繪圖軟體設計機構,再利用3D印表機列印出特規設計之零件搭配木材和部分市售原件做組裝;自動控制部分,則是先設計與繪製電路圖進行配線,後續則是接著使用人機介面(HMI)與可程式控制器(PLC)交握運轉機器,完成整體自動化設計與實作。並根據實驗測試結果,驗證其機台功能合乎研究所需,其製作出的實驗品穿戴後與不穿戴紙尿褲間測試相比,跨步的平均步距差為7 mm、平均跨度差為3.1˚,得出數值非常相近,穿著後並不影響行動,若將測試之材料更換成正式材料,便可正常製作與使用。

    Typical commercially available pet diapers are not available in extra-large sizes with a waist circumference of 55 cm or more; also, no special care products for medium and large-sized dogs or obese dogs to wear. Although the structure of adult diapers can be modified to suit the above need, the modification process is lengthy and inefficient, in general, taking about 20 minutes. Moreover, the original raw materials could fall out and cause misuse by the pets. The existing large diapers in the market are also costly. Thus, automatic machines for making large diapers are needed and motivated this study.
    The purpose of this thesis is to develop a pet diaper bonding machine designed by SolidWorks. The machine was made by 3D-printed special parts to join wood and some commercially available original parts together for assembly. Automation/operation is achieved by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and specially designed circuits and human-machine interface (HMI). The experimental testing results show that the machine performs to the expectation of the research goal that the wearing quality of fabricated diapers is similar to those commercially available in the market. And typically, a diaper can be made in about 125 seconds.
