With the habit of exercise is beginning to take hold, gyms and fitness club are wall-to-wall in Taiwan. More and more people understand the benefits of having workout and increasing muscle mass. Instead of training is no longer be a patent for young men to show their muscles, it is a common phenomenon for many people to maintain their health. The purpose of the study is to whether these three factors- attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control will impact on workout intention. And then this study adopted Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as conceptual framework. The data analysis was conducted by online website Surveycake.com. Though the analysis, the research findings shows that both attitude and subjective norm have positive impact on workout intention, but perceived behavior control hasn’t impact on workout intention.
