本論文的目的旨在針對A公司工作服加熱系統經營策略進行研究,探討是否發揮應有成效。關於經營策略分從形成、規劃、執行等三個層面,所謂成效是指電熱系統的銷售量以及顧客滿意度。本研究以電熱產業A公司為研究對象,並以自編的訪談問題採深度訪談方式,對服務於A公司的高階主管們做訪談對象,再依訪談內容依策略形成、規劃、執行三個層面做整理及對照,主要研究發現如下,第一,成功推廣客製化,有效做出市場區隔。第一,策略導入效率高。第三,檢視各部門是否達標制度準確落實。第四,規劃犧牲小額訂單,直接減少公司資源。第五,公司將現在資源大量投入於Milwaukee上,鞏固Milwaukee對公司的信任。第六,執行的關鍵就在於人,對於人的教育訓練很完善。至於研究建議包括,第一,決策形成過程也能有開放式作為,以凝聚主管向心力。第二,檢視各部門是否達標可採激勵獎金制度。第三,犧牲小額訂單應有配套措施。第四,公司資源大量投入於Milwaukee或單一客戶上風險過高。第五,聘僱主管可建立試用制度。面對變化快速的市場或環境,公司經營宜有永續思維。A公司有其策略優勢,但也存在弱點,若要能永續發展,需有前述研究建議之多元思考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of A Company’s strategy. Strategy formation, planning and implementation were studied. With A company in electric heating industry, this study is conducted by using in-depth interview and literature review. Senior manages working in A company were interviewed; then the interviewed questions were designed based on strategy formation, planning and implementation.
In terms of overall operation strategy, the customization is promoted successfully and market segmentation was effectively made. A Company has the correct direction during the formation of decision. Therefore, A Company receive the order successfully and achieve the significant difference in performance growth. Strategy import is highly efficient: during the process of decision making, in order to improve efficiency, the chairman of A Company requires each department to make schedule planning, so that the staff can know what should do now and how to go towards the direction made by company. Inspect whether each department has reached the standard and whether the system has been carried out accurately. A Company sets a goal for each department and inspect whether each department has reached the standard in the regular meeting every day, and such practice can supervise and urge the progress in each department every day. The A Company leader planned to sacrifice the small orders and reduce the company resources directly. The sacrifice of small orders was planned for the purpose of operating the whole factory more smoothly. The company invested the large amounts of resources into Milwaukee for the consolidation of Milwaukee’s trust for company. It was hoped that everything could work as expected in actual production to acquire the order smoothly, which is beneficial to the company’s operation revenue. The key of execution lies in staffs. There were perfect educational training for staff: the company organizes and forms different departments, thus new staff can be trained and examined through correct window in any department; they are allowed to join the formal production after the approval.
The author intends to take the strategy operation as principal axis and apply the results obtained by the discussion on the operation strategy of uniform heating system at A company, so as to put forward concrete suggestions for the reference of this industry, company and future researchers.
