This study aims at developing an effective neuropsychotherpy program for female adolescents with high subjective health complaints. Participants were randomly assigned to the experiment group and control group. The index of executive function, mental health, and life adaptation of the experiment group was better than the control group in the post-test and follow-up. This program can improve the executive function, mental health, and life adaptation of female adolescents with high subjective health complaints.
