  • 為了尋求化工製程操作步驟的最佳化,試車前的電腦模擬顯得越來越重要。本論文利用軟體ASPEN及其套件對三個主要案例進行不同的模擬:一為單一蒸餾塔的開停車程序,二為乙烯工廠多蒸餾塔的失誤緊急應變程序,三為液氨的卸載運送程序。
    在單一蒸餾塔的開停車程序中,我們先藉由模擬標準操作步驟並仔細研究其步驟及參數影響,而後小幅度的修正其操作步驟去最佳化其程序對時間及加熱成本的要求。在乙烯工廠多蒸餾塔的失誤緊急應變程序中,我們模擬一個複雜系統緊急應變的操作程序,並模擬其回歸正常操作之過程。在液氨的卸載運送程序中,我們模擬其卸載程序及兩種卸載失誤的情況。本論文藉由ASPEN去模擬各種程序以顯示其實用價值。

    To optimize the operation procedure of chemical processes, preliminary computer simulation is getting important. This thesis using ASPEN software and its feature to simulate three different cases: first, single distillation column start-up procedure; second, ethylene plant multi distillation column fault emergency procedure; third, liquid ammonia loading/unloading procedure.
    In single distillation column start-procedure, the standard operating procedure can be simulated and the operating step and other variables influence can also investigated in detail. Minor correction to optimize the operating steps in term of time and heat cost demand can also be applied further. In ethylene plant multi distillation column fault emergency procedure, the procedure of sophisticated dynamic system dynamic been improved and the dynamic to steady-state process simulation has also been successfully developed. In liquid ammonia loading procedure, loading process and two loading fault conditions has been successfully simulated. ASPEN can be used to simulate a variety of processes and displays its applicability values in this work.
