隨著科技的進步與發展,臺灣半導體市場持續興盛,為了因應此波需求,許多半導體產業積極將供應鏈推向世界各地,進而形成全球半導體供應鏈,但近年來全球的環境動盪不安與災害事件頻傳,產生許多供應鏈中斷風險問題,使得全球半導體供應鏈運作受到影響,而面對接踵而來的供應鏈中斷風險問題,企業要如何制定出最佳的因應對策已是企業不容小覷的關鍵課題。
因此本研究透過相關文獻資料建構供應鏈中斷風險因應對策之架構模式,並以C半導體公司之15名供應商專家作為研究對象,再透過層級分析法彙整專家意見,計算各層級權重與整體權重,並依據權重排序,希望能藉由分析結果找出供應鏈中斷風險最佳的因應對策。
研究結果顯示整體權重值前六個評估指標依序為增加定價彈性、災害風險管理程序、危機管理五階段循環模式、強健策略、產品多樣化以及擴大運輸網絡的覆蓋面等佔整體七成左右,對於C半導體公司在制定供應鏈中斷風險因應對策有關鍵的影響性,且為最佳的供應鏈中斷風險因應對策。
With the advancement and development of technology, Taiwan's semiconductor market continues to flourish. In response to this wave of demand, many semiconductor companies have actively expanded their supply chains to the rest of the world, thus forming a global semiconductor supply chain. However, in recent years, the global environmental turmoil and disasters have generated many supply chain disruption risks, which have affected the operation of the global semiconductor supply chain. Faced with the risk of supply chain disruption, how to develop the best response strategy is a key issue that enterprises should not underestimate.
Therefore, this study constructs a framework model for supply chain disruption risk response through relevant literature and with 15 supplier experts from Semiconductor Corporation C being the research subject. Through the analytic hierarchy process, experts’ opinions are compiled, the weight of each level and the overall weight is calculated and then ranked according to the weight. The analysis results were expected to be used in identifying the best countermeasures for supply chain disruption risks.
The results of the study showed that the top six indicators in overall weighting were increasing pricing flexibility, disaster risk management process, five-stage cycle model of crisis management, robust strategy, product diversification, and expanding transportation network coverage, which accounted for about 70% of the total, it has a key influence on the development of supply chain interruption risk countermeasures for C Semiconductor, and is the best supply chain interruption risk countermeasure.
