坡地災害每年在台灣地區造成許多生命與財產的損失,亟需相關單位進行調查與防治。本研究主要目的在探討使用單幅衛星影像資料進行自動辨識崩塌地的可行方法,分析其之適用性與準確度;並利用地震前後多時期衛星影像資料進行崩塌地自動判釋來分析地震事件對於濁水溪流域內崩塌地發育模式之影響。
一般影像自動判釋工作常以影像之分類法來完成,經由理論方法的計算,發現相較於航照判釋的結果,以影像資料為基礎的分類法平均可達到70%的準確度,但是在實際應用上卻與理論值有20%~40%的誤差,無法滿足實際應用的要求。分析誤差來源主要來自判釋基準的差異與其他特性相近地物的干擾所致。
研究中利用影像比值轉換處理有效提升準確度,分類後生產者準確度可提高到50%。並用坡度因子進行崩塌地判釋,可以進一步提升生產者準確度到76%。使用區塊劃分法處理後的區塊單元有利於進階的形狀因子分析,且能抿除逐像元分類法局部干擾的效應,為整合多因子的邊界條件,更進一步在原本的區塊劃分法處理程序中加入動態的邊界條件計算,使得區塊邊界門檻能隨著併入的空間資訊做出調整,在不改變所使用之原始資料組的條件下得以進一步提升準確度。此外,研究中還對崩塌面積及不同坡度分布下的判釋準確度變化進行探討。綜合分析的結果,以衛星影像進行崩塌地自動判釋不但分析迅速,又具有相當的實用性,確實為一項研究坡地相關災害的有力工具。
利用崩塌地自動辨識方法分析集集地震前後數年的衛星影像資料,可以看到崩塌地增加趨勢在地震事件發生後明顯的改變,說明近年來坡地災害事件確實受到此次地震事件影響。應用衛星影像資料與自動判釋的技術,可以給未來各項研究提供相關的崩塌資料,並對發生的趨勢作長時間的監測。
A new approach to automatically identify landslides in one single SPOT image is proposed in the present study. The theoretical accuracy of landslides identification based on image data can be obtained to be about 70%, practical results, however, have a 20%~40% drop. Combining image transformation, slope factor and dynamic blocking methods, the results that derived from our proposed approach can reach 56% of user’s accuracy and 75% of producer’s accuracy to the results from aerial photos interpretation in the chosen study area, which is better than some commercial softwares.
Applying our proposed approach to these images near to the Chi-Chi earthquake date in the chosen area, shows the quake event triggered recent landslides with a high rate to time.
