隨著液晶顯示器的蓬勃發展,偏光板技術日趨成熟,除了原有的日 本、韓國、台灣以外,中國大陸也加入了偏光板市場,使得偏光板產業 的競爭也越來越激烈,在要求品質及性能的同時,更必須同時具有價格 的競爭優勢。公司策略將利用公司集團有效資源,藉由改變整體偏光板 供應鏈模式,以集中生產方式達到單一生產線產品少樣化生產之目的。 因此,將以偏光板少樣化生產研究其效益分析,其包含成本效益及環境 效益。
本研究將針對偏光板的生產損耗,以整合生產、精實管理、以及品 質管理方法找出效益項目,並以少樣化生產的方式達到消除浪費提升效 益之目的,並同時減少生產藥液的使用,計算其成本效益,並同時計算 藥液減少使用後的環境效益。
偏光板產品少樣化生產後,於生產稼働率、品質良率、以及生產成 本皆有顯著的成效。生產稼動率可提升 1.94%,生產成本每月可降低 14.95%,品質良率可提升 0.69%。其中生產成本則是藉由產品少樣化生 產來達到減少藥液切換的目的,平均每月約減少 330 噸的藥液使用,同 時也減少了這 330 噸廢液的處理,不僅減少資源的浪費,也減少了廢液 處理的能源損耗,更減少了對地球環境的破壞。
With the blooming grow in Liquid-Crystal Display (LCD) industry, polarizer techniques undergo a progression in the period. Besides Japan, Korea and Taiwan, the countries with mature polarizer techniques, China breaks into and shares the polarizer Market as well. This makes a competitive situation in polarizer industry. In addition to the demand of quality and performance, advantage in price also plays a critical role in the competition. Therefore, simplified production is adopted and analyses of benefits, including cost and environmental effects, are discussed in this work.
In this research, less variety production is using the concept of Lean Production System to carry out to explore the unnecessary parts and assess the loss during polarizer production. Meanwhile, evaluation of effectiveness, including cost and environmental impact, is implemented by means of reduction of the consumption of solution.
Significant results in rate of utilization, quality, yield rate, cost are observed since the implement of less variety production. Among those, the cost is declined by saving the amount of the solution up to 330 tons per month in less variety production. All in all, the less the solution is discharged, the more resources and energy are saved, and the further improvement is made to achieve global sustainability.
