體育節目錄影帶語意分析符合許多體育迷的需求,因此在最近幾年慢慢地熱門起來。這篇論文提出一個新方法針對網球錄影帶進行語意分析處理,以方便體育迷能在網路上以內容擷取的方式取回所需的影片片段。首先先從影片中挑選出球員們在網球場上對打畫面的片段,然後對每段影片片段的第一個畫面偵測出在網球場上我們事先定義好的13個重要的特徵點以及二位球員的位置座標,並在接下來的畫面加以持續追蹤。接下來我們藉由二位球員在影片片段中在網球場上的相對位置變化,提出一套語意分析的規則進行語意分析處理。最後,經過我們的語意分析系統處理之後,每段影片都賦予一個語意註解。實驗結果將以VRML的形式在實驗討論部分表示,並從結果中可顯示出我們的語意分析系統有著不錯的效果。
Sports video analysis has been widely studied due to its tremendous commercial potential. This study designs a high-level annotation system for tennis video to support content retrieval applications. Having first extracted frame containing tennis court scenes for each video clip, 13 key points on the court, defined by a proposed tennis court-point model, are automatically detected and then tracked, together with the locations of the two tennis players. The relative positions of the two players on the tennis court are analyzed using a high-level reasoning module in order to assign a high-level annotation to each of the video clips. The result is promising and shown in VRML in the experimental section.
