  • 由於全球產業環境快速的改變,以及產品的生命週期不斷的縮短下,企業無不追求降低成本以達經營效率。然而,企業必須不斷推出新產品來符合目前以及未來即將形成的消費市場,來獲得利潤以及競爭地位。因此,開發新產品的成敗日漸重要,也是未來企業能否永續經營的重要因素。目前新產品研發的組織,已經逐漸走向設立研發專案,採取跨部門工作團隊的方式,來進行新產品開發。若能選取適當的研發人員,指派其適合的工作,才能使得專案團隊可以發揮最大效能。因此,在新產品專案籌備初期,適當的評估新產品研發團隊成員,將存在某種程度的必要性。
    台灣的行動電話業成長快速,對於此消費性電子產品發展,更急需不斷的創新、改良,以符合消費者求新求變的需求。因此,參考過去的文獻,發覺影響研發績效因素中,『人』乃是一項重要因素。過去的研究中,對於新產品專案研發人員的選擇,僅有透過專家訪問的訪談紀錄,並無明確的記載和列出其選擇的標準。因此,本研究的貢獻在於針對過去文獻進行探討與發放專家問卷歸納出明確的選取準則和準則構面,並且選取國內一家行動電話製造商作為實例,利用模糊語意整合運算法對研發人員的評分,將結果作為業界選擇專案研發成員之參考應用。

    With the fluctuation of the global industry environment, and the new product life cycle reduce persistently, almost all enterprise try to achieve operational efficiency by reducing cost. In order to maintain the enterprise profits and the competition status, the enterprise must unceasingly continue to promote the new products, which are consistent with the existent and future consumer marketing. As a result, the development of new products becomes more and more important, which is an important factor to keep their business on going. Today ,new product R&D development organizations have gradually adopt the cross-functional work team to develop their new products .If adequate R&D personnel are selected to assign them fitted works, the project team can improve their performances .Therefore ,it is essential to evaluate the R&D personnel of new product development in the beginning of new product project.
    With the growing rapidly in Taiwan mobile phone industry, it needs to innovate and to improve thirstily to fit in with consumer’s demand on development of consumer electronic products. Refer to the historical documents; it is discovered that “people” is an important factor to the affect the R&D performance. Previous research hasn’t shown the selecting criteria definitely in selecting the R&D personnel of new product development, and there are only the records reserved by face-to-face in-depth interviewing method. The contribution of this study lies in exploring the past related literature and inducing the selecting criteria and dimensions by sending questionnaires. Afterwards, choose a Taiwan mobile phone manufacture and use the “Fuzzy Linguistic Integrating Operation” to compute the score of R&D personnel. The results could be referable in selecting R&D personnel of new product development.
