虛擬企業與B2B商務模式被視為二十一世紀主流商務模式,而虛擬企業與B2B商務的實現有賴『跨企業動態工作流程』的整合,以達到企業能依商務規則即時、自動、彈性地調整作業流程,並動態整合跨企業之價值活動。
本研究針對虛擬企業B2Bi之模式,運用物件導向技術,建構一跨企業動態工作流程模式,另外以階層式管理的概念,將WfMC 之工作流程參考模式加入動態特性,設計出『跨企業動態工作流程管理系統模式』,使企業工作流程管理系統更具彈性。再利用Agent之特性設計一支援跨企業動態流程管理系統之核心元件,此元件以Java可攜式(Portable)特性以及Java網路物件實作元件,使元件具有整合能力、自主與決策能力、跨平台及分散式執行等能力。
利用此元件能建構出跨企業動態工作流程管理系統,以協助整合企業之工作流程,並改善企業內與企業間作業流程等待停滯與資料、資訊搜尋費時不便之缺點,進行提高企業營運效益。
Virtual enterprise and B2B commerce are viewed as the most promising business strategies in the 21th century. However, the realization of virtual enterprise and B2B commerce depends on the integration of 「multi-enterprise dynamic workflow」that enable the immediate, autonoumous and flexible adjustment of workflow based on business rules, as well as the dynamic integration of value-added activities across enterprises.
Aiming at B2Bi model, this research first develops a multi-enterprise dynamic workflow model using object-oriented technique, and then designs a 『multi-enterprise dynamic workflow management system model』 based on the concept of hierarchical management with reference to the workflow reference model proposed by Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) to increase the dynamicability of workflow management systems. Moreover, a core component is developed by employing the concept of software agent to support development of multi-enterprise dynamic workflow management systems. This component is implemented using the network component of Java. By taking advantages of the portable property of Java, the component possesses the properties of integrateability ,autonomous, and distributed decision and computing.
The result of this research will facilitate the development of a multi-enterprise dynamic workflow management system to help workflow integration and information sharing across enterprises and thus increase business effectiveness.
