由於衛生與醫療體系的健全發展,人們的平均壽命逐年增加,加上出生率的低落,台灣已經成為了高齡社會,甚至預估在民國150年時老年人比率將達38.8%,所以老年人的健康及照護問題極需關注。根據文獻指出超過3成的老年人受到尿失禁的影響,不僅會造成生活上的不方便,更會造成心裡上的問題。
目前改善尿失禁的方案有很多,其中「骨盆底肌訓練」受到廣泛地推崇。骨盆底肌訓練只要能夠維持規律且良好的運動,便能夠在三個月左右感受到尿失禁的症狀明顯改善。然而隨著年齡的增加,老年人會出現肌力下降與平衡能力下降、感覺統合失調的症狀,導致在運動時有錯誤的姿勢,造成校果
本研究在眾多骨盆底肌訓練的訓練姿勢中,使用「橋式」,它被指出在訓練骨盆底肌肉時有最佳的效果,於是以橋式運動為基礎,並且參考人體尺寸計測資料來設計輔助裝置。機構主要以鋁擠型材料組成,槓片滑台的重量藉由皮帶及滑輪的牽引,可以抬起使用者的軀幹,幫助肌力不足的使用者,且裝置上也有三根軟棒分別可以對膝關節及髖關節外展的角度做限制,讓使用者以標準姿勢進行訓練,且在機構的設計上也以使用者安全作為優先考量。
本研究在四種不同實驗條件下,藉由心率量測、柏格運動自覺量表、膝與髖關節的角度量測來評估本研究所設計的輔助裝置,共尋找了16名約24歲的受試者參與實驗。使用單因子變異數分析、最小顯著法來分析實驗數據。發現本研究所設計的輔助裝置確實可以幫助肌力不足的使用者依照,自己適合的訓練強度以理想的姿勢進行橋式運動。

.Besides that, the declining birth rates have made Taiwan become ageing society. The reference estimate that in 2061 the percentage of older people is above 38.8. Therefore, health care of older people is what need to be concerned about. There is another reference report that urinary incontinence affect over 30 percent older people. It will cause people not only inconvenience of physiology but also psychological problems.
Now there are many therapeutic methods. Among all the treatments ‘pelvic floor muscle training’ is used widely. If people could insist on regular pelvic floor muscle training for above three months, they will feel a significant improvement of symptom. Pelvic floor muscle training will not be restricted by time, space and any posture. Comparing with medical treatment and surgery, pelvic floor muscle training has less complication and financial burden. Along with the growth of the age, elderly people have the symptoms of decreasing strength and slowing reaction time. It will cause faulty posture when older people conduct training.
Among a lot of posture of pelvic floor muscle training, ‘bridge exercise’ is chosen as foundation of the auxiliary device. Because there is a study report that it has the greater effective to the pelvic floor muscle among several postures.
There are four different experimental conditions in this thesis. We can estimate the effect of the auxiliary device by means of calculating heart rate, Borg rating of perceived exertion scale, knee angle and hip angle. We recruited 16 almost 24 years old participants for the study. Finally we use analysis of variance (ANOVA) and least significant difference (LSD) to analyze experimental data. Therefore, we can come to the conclusion that the auxiliary device of this thesis can reduce the exercise intensity and correct the posture.
