近二十年來,在有機合成中設計新的自由基反應受到相當大的重視並且有著驚人的發展,而黃原酸酯的應用是一種相當有效的方式以進行自由基的反應。我們利用過氧化月桂醯基在加熱的條件下,使黃原酸酯化合物產生烷基自由基以進行自由基的反應來合成雜環化合物。
本篇論文主要分為三個部分:
第一部分是利用黃原酸酯化合物產生的烷基自由基進行分子內的自由基環合反應來合成螺旋二氫喹啉酮化合物。
第二部分則是利用2-胺基-1,4-萘醌化合物與黃原酸酯化合物進行分子間的自由基加成反應來合成吲哚醌類與喹啉醌類化合物。
第三部分同樣的是利用烯胺化合物與黃原酸酯化合物進行分子間的自由基加成反應來合成多取代的吡咯衍生物。
Designing a free radical reaction in organic synthesis is getting much attention in the past two decades, and also has made remarkable advances. The application of xanthates is an effective way to proceed the radical reaction. In the condition of heating dilauroyl peroxide, xanthates would produce alkyl radicals which are inducing the radical reaction to synthesize heterocyclic compounds.
There are three parts in this thesis:
(1)The alkyl radicals could be produced by xanthate induced intramolecular radical cyclization to synthesize Spirodihydroquinolinone.
(2)An intermolecular radical addtion between 2-amino-1,4-naphthoquinone and xanthates can produce indolequinone and quinolinequinone.
(3)An intermolecular radical addtion between enamine and xanthate can synthesize multisubstituted pyrrole derivatives.
