  • 首先介紹本研究之研究背景與動機,中小企業面對全球化社會以及小資本的衝擊,需提供良好的服務水準以及滿足客戶需求;面對發展中國家低勞力成本的競爭,需以少量多樣、高品質的策略方式立足台灣;若是提供歐美國家組裝線的供應商需面對更多的挑戰,因為其為身為海外的供應商,產品的運輸時間長,客戶需求波動造成的長鞭效應漣漪大,又身為弱勢的供應商,以批量及批次政策降低海外倉庫庫存同時也達到顧客滿意度,提升產業競爭力,爭取更多訂單機會,增加台灣中小企業之發展契機。
    本研究應用生產管理中常見的邏輯:先以粗略規劃為主,決策出貨頻率以及出貨數量後,用缺貨機率做為基準,修正決策之策略,確定可行後,將採用指數平滑法的方式,平穩客戶需求的變異性造成之波動,最後決策最終出貨數量以及當季的出貨次數,以存貨水準當成績效指標,衡量研究方法中的管理策略。
    研究中所提及之決策過程,為一決策的基礎點,擁有出貨批次和出貨數量下,在每次出貨不斷修正其出貨數量,達到庫存管理的意涵;為探討其決策過程之穩健性以及解答普遍認為出貨次數越高,花費之運輸成本越高的迷失,因此設計兩項敏感度分析,幫助讀者釐清其觀念。針對運輸成本對於總成本之影響以及出貨頻率與成本之間對於製造商之影響。

    SUMMARY
    The research raise small and medium-size enterprises competitions though the delivery quantity and the number of lots delivery management. Using mathematics methods solve the results. Building a decision process trim the result in order to adapt change of customers’ demands. In the decision process, we add check mechanism in the process preventing the risk that the corporation is not bearable. Finally, using average inventory levels as the performance measure the research methods in management strategy. End of the research, we show the result and investigate the decision-making robustness. Therefore, research proposes two sensitivity analysis to clarify following concepts, one is transportation costs affect the total cost, another is the number of lots delivery affect the total costs.
