本研究的目的在建立我國優秀女子舉重運動員抓舉的動作模式,透過三維動作分析抓舉過程之槓鈴運動學、人體運動學以及槓鈴與舉者的相對運動。以三位正在國家運動選手訓練中心的頂尖女子舉重運動員做為受試者,在其身上及槓鈴上黏貼反光球,以三台高速攝影機(頻率為每秒200張)進行同步影像擷取。研究結果發現,受試者S1與S2其槓鈴軌跡屬第二類型軌跡,S3的槓鈴軌跡則屬第一類型軌跡。和S3比較,S1和S2動作過程所產生的槓鈴最大速度較慢,槓鈴最高點位置較低,接槓位置在提鈴位置的後方。比較成功與失敗試舉,槓鈴在水平方向的運動學參數、動作時間以及C7運動軌跡可能是影響試舉成敗的重要因素。本研究受試者S1曾獲2012倫敦奧運銀牌,且本研究中拍攝到S1抓舉重量100公斤,接近其最佳表現,因此以其所分析的結果,建立抓舉動作模式。此外,若以本研究拍攝到的最大重量為最大試舉重量,根據分析結果建議教練以受試者最大試舉重量的90%~95%為第一試舉重量。
SUMMARY
The purpose of this research was to establish the snatch motion model for the elite female weightlifters in Taiwan through the three dimensional analysis of barbell kinematics, lifter’s kinematics and relative movements between barbell and lifter. Three female subjects included in this study were trained in National Sports Training Center-Profile in Zuoying. Eight reflective markers were placed on the subject and the barbell. Three high speed cameras (film frequency was 200/s) were used to record the snatch movements for each subject. The results showed that subject 3 (S3) performed type I of barbell trajectory, with greater maximum velocity and maximum height of the barbell than subject 1 and 2 (S1 and S2) who performed type II of barbell trajectory. In addition, S1 and S2 would jump backward to catch the bar after push the bar away their bodies. The horizontal barbell kinematics, duration of each motion phase and the kinematics of the 7th cervical vertebrae process of the lifter have been the critical parameters to lead to unsuccessful lifts. Based on the research findings, we would suggest the coach to try 90% to 95% of maximum barbell weight as their first attempt in the competition. In summary, the snatch motion model of the subject 1 who won the silver medal of 53kg class female weightlifting in Olympic 2014 in London was established.
