Sharing information, shifting risks, lower cost and improving service quality are the willingness between supply chain organizations. Having expectations to consolidate among each other to face the complicated environment and shift risks in order to have higher business performance.Current global market trend is to reach win-win result via corporation instead of competition. Therefore, to build a long term relationship with partners and customers by earning trusts in order to earn the maximum value is the key.
This survey is to discuss whether the interaction between supply chain organizations takes effect when elevating dynamic capabilities in terms of an immediate act or strategy taken by the enterprise to fit in this constantly changing market demand. The New Economy sees knowledge as one of the most important resources. Having expertise stands out from this highly competitive environment no matter in what aspects. This paper is to elaborate the significance of dynamic capabilities via interaction, organizational learning, resources arrangements and knowledge managements. The research is conducted by questionnaire survey; 311 questionnaires are collected. The data analysis is executed via SEM. The result shows information sharing is having significant result on dynamic capabilities and performance, also, affective trust is having positive impact on information sharing and negotiations between supply chain organizations while calculus-based trust is not.
