  • 面對國際競爭情勢,教育已儼然成為不可忽略的國家重大發展目標。尤以醫學教育而言,由於醫療知識爆炸,許多醫學體系承認,不能用「昨天的知識」教「今天的學生」來醫「明天的病人」。本研究希望探究醫學教育中師生之實際教學情況,有效的改良醫學教育系統原有之缺失,建置一個教學平台,設計並實作多項實用機制,讓教師或學習者藉由此平台達到最佳的學習效果。
    本研究提出一套採用三層式主從架構(3-tier Client/Server Architecture)建置之教學系統,著重於傳統教學工具改良與活化,在系統中加入學習目標的概念,並對學習結果提供完整的評量與資料分析,也針對教案流程中的各種教學方式提出新技術與輔助工具的整合,期望對使用者產生更實際、更具體的幫助與建議,提高數位學習的效率。
    本研究除了實際使用在成功大學的醫學院課程上,也同時應用於各醫學相關的繼續教育環境,這些單位透過與政府部門的合作,已經核發出逾千分政府核准之繼續教育學分,亦顯示此系統的實用性與重要性。未來,期盼透過這類的資訊整合技術,有效協助各領域之教育需求,也在良性的合作中,給予系統精益求精的機會,嘉惠各方。

    Due to the current international competition, education has become a major national development goal. Particularly in medical education, owing to the explosion of medical knowledge, medical community has recognized that we can not use "the knowledge of yesterday" to teach "the students of today", and expect them to treat "the patients of tomorrow." This study is to explore the current problems in medical education and build a medical education computer platform in an attempt to improve the existing medical education system. We design and implement a number of practical mechanisms for the platform so that the students can have better performance.
    This study proposes an e-learning system built by a framework of 3-tier Client/Server architecture, focusing on the improvement and revitalization of traditional tutoring tools. In the system, we offer the complete analysis of learning results and learning assessment, and implement some supplementary tools with new technology for user’s convenience. We expect users to obtain more practical, more concrete suggestions and help to improve the efficiency of e-learning system.
    In this study, in addition to the actual use of the Cheng Kung University Medical College courses, also used in various medical continuing education environments, these units through the collaboration with government departments, has issued over thousand continuing education credits approved by the Department of Health, it clearly shows that this system is useful and important. In the future, we not only look forward to effectively assist all fields of educational requirements via the integration of domain knowledge and information technology, but also strive to give the system an opportunity to benefit all human beings.
