摘要
目前最常見的後牙修復材料為汞齊合金,汞齊合金是由含銀銅錫的合金粉末與水銀混合而成,由於價格低廉、長久的使用年限以及優異的機械性質使得汞齊合金難已被其他材料取代。
研究針對含鈀與不含鈀的汞齊合金對添加球磨後在操作性、初始汞釋出、抗拉強度、抗壓強度以及潛變速率性質上的改變發現,就操作性而言,球磨的添加則有其必要性;而就初始汞釋出而言則添加不規則的合金顆粒可降低初始汞釋出;就抗壓強度而言則不規則合金顆粒的添加亦有強化效果;但若在抗拉強度上則添加了不規則的合金顆粒反而會降低強度;在潛變速率上亦有相當的影響。而本實驗含鈀與不含鈀的汞齊合金經比較後,發現本實驗不含鈀的汞齊合金在機械強度以及初始汞釋出方面比含鈀汞齊合金表現較佳。
